Consulting is offered on-site at Serenbe in half, full or multi-day charettes in order to best understand the development principles and discuss how they can be incorporated into your project.

  • Two 4 Hour Sessions, Lunch Included

  • Will dive in to your choice of two consultation topics. Focused time in the morning and afternoon where we will break down your needs and find solutions.

In Depth Consultation 

  • Two Day Charette - Lunches Provided

    (Dinner & Overnight Accommodations Additional)

  • Choice of 3-4 Consultation Topics

  • We will bring in additional consultation from land planner, architects, and more based on your project objectives and needs.
